I didn't order merchandise from ProDentim nor joined membership. They just sent me a package of merchandise and charged me membership fee.
They stole my credit card data.
I requested for refund and they ignored it. I will report them to the AUTHORITY.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Called and got instructions on process to get a full refund, sent product and reason why.
I am not fully convinced by the benefits of this product. I got really bad diarrhea from taking these, so I just quit.
After several days, the symptoms let up. Therefore, I am returning the unused (5) and partially used (1) bottles. Patricia Hanson, 2304 9th Ave.

i am sorry i have to send back the product because i have diarrhea with them , i thought i will get used to it but it did not stop and mostly i did not see any improvement on my gum or teeth .
i just sent the 3 bottles back included 2 unopened bottles with the packing slip as requested via USPS with tracking number 9500 11** **02 41** **** ** Estimated delivery date 07/05/2024---- Thank you so much for your attention.

Billing question
I was IMMEDIATELY notified by my credit card company of apparently fraudulent activity. Since NEVER at ANY time eas the BILLING CO.
named on the sales website which had billmy account, I STOPPED that payments from occurring - within less than an hour from the order. Despite that, the company shipped (?) the order. The email I received today indicates I will have less than 24 hours after the order is received to return it. This will be unlikely since I must go out of of state for a family funeral.
So!!

How do you go about returning the product and getting your refund? What all do I have to include within the return. I do understand that I call you with the Tracking # once I mail it.
